A low-pressure air separation unit with normal temperature molecular sieve adsorption purification, external circulation pressurized expansion cycle refrigeration process and all aluminum structure in fractionator is adopted. The process adopts external circulation expansion refrigeration, which can continuously produce more than 99.999% liquid nitrogen. The outlet pressure of cooling box is 0.5mpag, and the liquid nitrogen output of this process is 1000-3000nm³ / h.
